Hi guys, Does anyone here struggle with memory issues? I know almost all of us have brain fog issues, (me included) but memory is another issue isn’t it? It would be lovely to hear that it’s not just me, but maybe it is, I just don’t know if it’s a symptom or not….perhaps I’m just getting old 😩

Over the last 6 months my memory has been getting steadily worse. I was diagnosed in 2002 and it's only within the last 4 years that the memory loss problems have been a factor. But I have noticed in the last 6 months it's getting worse. Does anyone have any tips? Or do I just need to start writing...

I had MS for 20 years and doing relatively ok but I noticed that my Memory is poor. I Cannot remember events or recognize faces and it s very embarrassing. We had a class mates schools Reunion and could not remember half of the things were Talking about. I pretended I remember everything 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀...
