My long term memory is good but my short term memory is dreadful. I can start a sentence and mid way through, I forget what I was going to say. Does anyone have trouble with short term memory?

Hi guys, Does anyone here struggle with memory issues? I know almost all of us have brain fog issues, (me included) but memory is another issue isn’t it? It would be lovely to hear that it’s not just me, but maybe it is, I just don’t know if it’s a symptom or not….perhaps I’m just getting old 😩
