Here’s my daily morning routine. Wake up(very important) take my pups for a walk around the yard for about an hour(2 hounds and 3 acres) then I make a protein shake with a banana, naked whey protein powder, milk and sea moss! Sea moss has a lot of vitamins in it. Then light weight lifting exercise. This part is a little hard for me because I was a gym rat and was deadlifting over 400 lbs! Then I take a break and shower and relax for a bit. Then I do stuff around the house till I feel tired, have lunch and then take a nap with my pups 😊I know it’s hard to be positive every day but mindset is as important as keeping moving! Your brain needs just as much of a workout as the rest of your body!!

Hi, do you sometimes have pain in your muscles for no reason (example as you had a training) and what do you do about it? I walk normally, low EDSS, after Ocrevus I am trying to workout but just can't and not sure should I push it or postphone it. It all makes me a bit sad. Not sure what to do and who to ask.

Personal loss and ms

My love of my life died on Sunday. The grief is bad, but add ms into the mix it's horrible Family and friends are helping when they can, but sometimes I want to be left alone. I'm still doing my MS workouts, washing, clean, but I'm still at the early stages of grief, I suppose I'm lucky that way,...

Foam roller stretches?

Hi I heard that foam rollers can help with muscle stiffness but now that it arrived I’m lost. It feels like a workout not a stretch. Anyone else use a foam roller? ☀️👋 thanks and happy Saturday

Tingle/chronic pain

Does the sensation of not being able to lift something or at the same time feel as if your hands/arms will not be able to pick anything up, does this go away? Is it a fad for a period of time? I will say though that since I haven’t been working out for a few days I have noticed this problem, just ...
