Back in the gym finally and I feel like jello! Anyone have tips for soothing the muscles after a work out? I usually ice them! 🤷🏻♀️

I recommend having a nice cup of tea and putting your feet up, after a good workout. ☕️
Raised legs then a hot shower. But it's always the next day for me so I exercise every other day when body allows it
