I hate hearing this I’m on Ocrevus and I still workout…I can’t workout extremely heavy anymore but I’m about to have great workouts in the gym
@AndersonRa I had a bad relaps and after steroids and Ocrevus I am better, but the kind of trainings like before ( long running, sweeting, endurance) no way I can do it.i tryed something easier but, after my work I just have a pain in mussles as I had a marathon. So if I go to gym, not sure will it make worse or not😬 How do you balance it?
