Workout dip
Done my daily workout I do 5 days a week, weekend off!! But today I had a massive energy dip know recovering on chair after losing all energy/muscle and vision went for 5 minutes or so, luckily I was laying on my weight bench.

I get totally fatigued-out too, if I overdo exercise. I think having multiple sclerosis means you need to adapt your exercise routine, as time passes. I find less is more beneficial, at this phase of my MS progression.
Yehs bud I've been cutting back on sets for the last 3 years soon be my routine just getting bench set up then pack it away again lol
