How do yall manage the unrelenting, bone deep fatigue and still work, care for the family, do just about anything? The past few days I’m barely able to get out of bed … much less “be an adult” … and no one in my house really understands how debilitating this is …

What is fatigue? Is it just when you feel sleepy all of sudden? I drink coffee so I’m able to stay up at work but even tho I drink coffee I once I’m finished with my coffee I still feel sleepy or I get more tired?

Why is it one day I can feel good enough to do light chores and the next day I'm so tired? This MS feels like a roller-coaster and it's only been 2 years

It’s such a lot to get your head round isn't it. fatigue has been really debilitating over the last few weeks didnt want to do anything

How do you guys deal with Fatigue?

So I guess this is where I’m coming to vent because nobody gets it. My husband thinks he gets it but I told him you won’t get it till you get it. I’m so tired of always saying I’m tired. I hate MS!
