Fatigue

Ok, so how does everyone deal with their fatigue effectively? I just can't. I still work 30 hours.in care, and that still leaves things needing doing at home. So on m6 days off, I'm washing clothes, hoovering etc. I keep going until I'm worn out which has put me in a constant deficit. I try to slacken off but if stuff needs doing, I have to do it or my ocd kicks in. It's so easy for people/fatigue nurses to give advice but my brain won't switch off and if I don't do stuff I feel lazy. Please help. I'm so tired....

I think if you speak to occupational health, they can draw up a framework for taking regular short breaks at work, either getting in touch with HR or your MS nurse is the best way to go about it. At home, maybe making a cup of tea and putting your feet up, is a good way for breaking up the housework and having a breather. ☕️ Best regards.

Hi! Sounds tough 😮‍💨 May need to settle down in the evening a little earlier. I understand your plight.. You may have to force yourself to relax. Seek healthy and safe ways to do so.
