My description of MS fatigue.

Everybody has a bucket of energy that begins the day full. The energy trickles out throughout the day through a small hole in the bottom of the bucket. Every so often the bottom falls out of my bucket!

Hello! 👋 I was wondering if anyone has any tips for dealing with fatigue? I'm Mummy to a very active 2 year old boy and definitely struggling to keep up 😴 I've had MS for nearly 7 years and the past year has definitely been the hardest fatigue wise for me.

I'm experiencing a very strong fatigue, if I work for half a day I have to rest after and can't do much.
