The invisible side of MS fatigue
Hi everyone, I’m Sanam. A Neuro movement and fatigue coach. I’ve been living with MS since 2019, and I’m updating my profile here after a long time.
One thing I wish I had understood earlier is that MS fatigue is not just “being tired.”
Sometimes it feels like heavy legs.
Sometimes it shows up as balance feeling off.
Sometimes walking takes way more energy than people realize.
And sometimes you look completely fine while your body feels like it’s running on low battery.
That invisible part of MS can feel really lonely.
Over time, I’ve learned that noticing patterns, pacing differently, and paying attention to small changes in energy and movement can help you feel a little more in control.
What’s one MS symptom you wish more people understood?
