Walking aid

Hey all, I’m trying to get back to a healthy weight and since the weather is nicer these days I’d like to be able to go for walks in my local park. MS has impacted my ability to walk pain free and in turn has caused me to gain weight and the weight impacts on me being able to walk pain free too. I...

I have been on Rituximab for 4 years but my provider is switching me to Ocrevus. Has anyone here taken both medications and if so will the side effects be similar? It usually takes me 3-5 days to start feeling "normal" again after my Rituximab infusion and I can feel it wearing off about a month before I have the next one.

Hi, I'm new here/MS Hug

There is something I have to ask. I was recently diagnosed with MS after a brain MRI. I need to know what this MS hug is. Please read: 25 years ago when I was pregnant with my youngest there was a moment when he stuffed his little foot in my rib. About a year later I started to notice intense pain ...

I think I suffer from SAD...seasonal affect depression. I'm loving the weather so far. I get up most days and go for a walk it really does help with the fatigue, mental health issues and overall mood. How are you guys.

Looking for travel advice.

I have walked with a cane for years, but it has gotten to be too much. I have started using a wheel walker around the house as well as long outings. I also own a light weight wheel chair. I have a loving husband who has stuck with through it all. We would like to travel (possibly Northern Ireland)...
