Can we talk about the things we have done despite our diagnosed instead of what we couldn't do. Please.
Thank you all so much for taking the time to reply to my comment. I have read all of your positive messages. The day i was diagnosed was the worst and best day ive ever had. The worst is I have this for the rest of my life and the best because it makes me push myself that little bit to do the things I want to do in my life and from reading your messages I'm getting the feeling I'm not the only one who feels that way😁
Even though I was just diagnosed with RRMS in early February, I thought it wasn’t safe to travel and was going to cancel going with my friends to Puerto Rico, but I’m currently writing to you from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷!
I have started entering some distance challenges and doing 200-300 km a month walking, just started weight training again. I completely lost my fitness, but it’s back!!
