Sick as teacher guilt hits—again

Holy smokes. A cold feels more like a flu. Not a fan of the mild vertigo that comes with my body trying to fight it off. Teacher guilt sets in yet again as I can’t be there for my students—again. :( This will need to be my last year in the classroom. I have the sweetest class and families this year,...

Secondary school teachers?

Hi all, just wondering if there are any secondary school teachers out there? How do you cope with the regular exhaustion from teaching on top of the MS (relapse/remitting)? I’m looking to go back to teaching after maternity leave. Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi, Are there any teachers/ex-teachers on this site who could give me some advice on working with MS? I'm finding it difficult to get teacher-specific advice on working with MS on employment/disability websites - 'moving your desk to a quieter corner of the room' doesn't seem to cut it... If y...

Hi! Just thought I'd check in to update on my life in general, and ask a few wee things... So I had a super stressful year from 2020-21. I was doing teacher training and kept hitting barriers where I felt so undafe and at risk from COVID whilst on placements. It was looking like all would be OK, bu...
