COVID positive

I am very confused with isolation rules! I tested positive for COVID last Saturday and am I still positive on day 5 yesterday and day 6 today! Do I have isolate still if I’m positive with a temperature? I have relapsing remitting - I’ve stayed home to protect others Thanks Jane

Pins and needles
