I got diagnosed four years ago. This is the first time I’m talking to anybody outside of my family, but I still feel like I can get more information if anybody has any tips or any helpful ways to help me deal with the daily fatigue and lack of energy. It’d be much appreciated.

Awaiting answers

Working out

I started working out recently and have been getting less and less energy by the day and have a very hard time remembering things a lot more than usual. Is this common? If so how can I fight it?

Another post about Fampyra

Has any tried Fampyra? If so, does the dizziness go away? I started taking it then had to stop 2 days later because it made me very dizzy. However, it gave me a lot more energy and helped my walking a bit. Please let me know if the dizziness will go away eventually.. 🤞🏼

Hey.

I'm not completely new here but I was more the silent member here so far. I just feel so in the wrong place in my life now, I don't know how to not go crazy or drown in depression. I got diagnosed last year. Actually it was exactly one year ago. Maybe also that 'anniversary ' does something to me. A...

Having a good day

I've been up since 5 this morning, went to help my honey clean a business. Afterwards came home and I've been nonstop in my own home cleaning n doing laundry. It's amazing to feel normal so full of energy, These are very rare days for me. But when I do get them I'm like, YEAHHH.
