Working out
I started working out recently and have been getting less and less energy by the day and have a very hard time remembering things a lot more than usual. Is this common? If so how can I fight it?

Follow as I want to know as well. Some weeks I can work out 5 times a week. Other weeks not even once. Varies every week and I really want to be consistent
I’ve taken a less is more approach: every morning I limit exercise to 30 minutes of very light exercise, e.g. stretches, step-ups and squats. ⏱
