MS & ADHD

Hi everyone, I haven’t been on for so long, I forgot my password haha! I was wondering if anyone on here has both MS & ADHD? I’m really struggling just now with the battle between the mental energy and lack of physical energy along with regulating my emotions. Any advice would be great! Thanks
