I had not heard of this so I googled it. Theoretically looks good but my Samsung watch tracks heart rate and sleep and constantly tells me I have a good energy score when I feel like crap! I don't know how this would be better?
I'm a newbie and I have been using the Visible band for about 2 weeks ( I think). Overall, I'm glad I made the decision to buy after much humming and hawing! The band tracks your heart rate in real time rather than retrospectively so you can take action on the spot. It gives me warnings that I've exerted myself for x mins and I might want to take a break and get my heart rate down, perhaps with the breathing exercise. I find this useful because I can feel my energy return and noticed I don't crash as before. Interestingly it seems to take me a couple of days to get my stability score back after a crash which I would have known before. You can generate health reports but not until you have 30 days of use. I used to use Fitbit but who needs a reminder to take a walk or a drink when you're feel like you're about to keel over and you just need a good nap 😅
