MRI

Having MRI tomorrow and getting really anxious as hate being in enclosed spaces. Consultant has prescribed me Diazepan but nervous about taking this to as never taken before. Feel stupid about both. Any advice please?

I just did an MRI recently and I also hate enclosed spaces. My advice would be to try to not fight the medication. If possible a safe person to wait with you while meds kick in can help. I also got offered a rag for my eyes it helped a lot. I would also suggest listening to music if it's an option and focusing on the music to try to distract yourself.
