Any tips on keeping mobility?

I try to cycle 2 hrs a day and walk for 30mins a day. I’ve looked at yoga, but it doesn’t seem to be progressive 🤷‍♂️

However, I find myself itching to reply to a lot of posts by saying "Do keep ...

It's that time of year for resolutions to be made then broken. However for us MSers keeping active is one of the most important things we can do so I'm wondering what everyone's exercise goals are for the year?

Keep on Keeping On ❤️

I know some days can be hard - if not every day for some of us right now. But I wanted to say I’m so glad that all of us are here supporting each other and making the best of today. I know every day is hard, and is especially a battle for some of us. But we’re here, and we’re fighting, and I’m so pr...

Keep it all in!

Thought I'd put a few words down and ask if other folks feel the need to 'minimise' how MS affects you when in the company of friends, family, colleagues. Showing an outward resilience masking how you really feel? I consider myself to be at the low end of the scale when it comes to the impact my RRM...
