You know you DEFINITELY have them when they are spotted by a radiologist on your MRI scans. You know you possibly have them when you have new fully blown neurological symptoms for at least two days.

@RC83 yes I probably have them but I wasn't told much by my Ms nurse never met my neuro doc so I'm trying to learn and understand
