Vitamin

I was wondering if anyone had any views on high dose of vitamin D 7 for treating ms. I was just reading a report about trials in a study in France which seems to have positive results.

It's been so hard these past couple weeks, last week I was moving something lift it and my back snapped. Its getting better now thank God. Then the heat, I though I was ok because after been diagnosed last winter I realized I had cold sensitivity so I was hoping the summer wouldn't be a problem. Now the heat is here and I'm STRUGGLING. I feel heavy, like I'm walking through wet cement or sand. They say exercise helps with fatigue and we need the sun for vitamin D. I'm so tired...I feel like just crying, I really dont know what to do to help with these feeling. This disease sucks real bad, I'm so tired. What are some things you guys do to help with the fatigue.

Hi does anyone take vitamin C? I was initially told not to but now have been told it's ok. I am also considering lymphatic drainage to help. Has anyone else tried this treatment. Thanks

Here’s my daily morning routine. Wake up(very important) take my pups for a walk around the yard for about an hour(2 hounds and 3 acres) then I make a protein shake with a banana, naked whey protein powder, milk and sea moss! Sea moss has a lot of vitamins in it. Then light weight lifting exercise. This part is a little hard for me because I was a gym rat and was deadlifting over 400 lbs! Then I take a break and shower and relax for a bit. Then I do stuff around the house till I feel tired, have lunch and then take a nap with my pups 😊I know it’s hard to be positive every day but mindset is as important as keeping moving! Your brain needs just as much of a workout as the rest of your body!!

How does everyone deal with the idea of supplements? Do you get your Vitamin D? Have you tried things like creatine, B12 and Lion's mane? I'm currently taking all of these, and Magnesium.
