Low vitamin B can give you symptoms like MS but it’s actually the deficiency. You should see a doctor to see why and take vitamins in meantime
It can be tricky because vitamin deficiencies can cause similar symptoms to MS. And people with MS tend to have vitamin deficiencies also. The only way to know if your symptoms are caused by MS or a deficiency is an MRI. Blood tests can measure vitamin deficiencies but you need both tests if that makes sense.
