Totally resonated ‘ I get you’ I’ve been going through similar - few loses over the last 2 yrs - I’m so very sorry for your loss- take care of your ALWAYS & remember be patient with yourself however you feel whenever you feeling it is okAnd I very wise person told me to practice stuff with S’s they really help here’s a few to get you started -Sex/relationships/connectionsService - acts of kindness/gratittude/thanks/ helping others etcExerSize ( yep the big S he’s funny too)Singing ( if like me you make dogs & children cry when you do you can do it while alone to music ie sing a long or humming works too)Socialing - try not to withdraw or isolate being around good people is important especially those who get it - grief sadly is a well trodden path and no one is exempt but there’s comfort in not being in it aloneHope this helps in some tiny way 💪🍀🫂🧡🤞😊

Hey everyone hope things are going well for you all. It’s been a while since I posted anything on here I’ve just been in my thoughts, but I just had a bit scare, now I haven’t been sexually active for a while and my daughter is turning five and in June. OK so my breath started hurting me like really bad like I was pregnant again, but I haven’t been involved with anyone so I weigh that option out, but I took a shower today and I looked at my breast and they were leaking. I’m just going to make an appointment at the Doc. I read up on it though it’s quite normal for someone to still be producing Milk, or after going through ptsd to experience this. . Oh yea I am supposed to be getting my shot soon it’s just a waiting game honestly.

Sex……question for the ladies.

Do any other ladies have any troubles “getting there” during sex? It’s so messed up, like my vagina had died?! The drive is there but it’s damn near impossible to get off anymore. Even by myself. I’ve had MS now for 14 years and I’m 40 years old.
