Anyone on Ocrevus whos mobility has significantly worsened? I watched a youtube video on Ocrevus today and many of the comments seem to align with what my situation is. Been on the drug for 5 years and my mobility has taken a steep decline to the point where I need to walking sticks or a rollator for very short distance and then a wheelchair for longer distances despite having no new lesions on my MRI the whole time. A lot of folk saying its the Ocrevus thats made them worse. I dont know what to do but I'm considering coming off it.

Do you know about Dr Sam Gartland, from Australia, who pulled himself to full recovery from MS. It's quite a testament of a story. Amongst other things, he stopped taking some food items and also eats flax seeds. Link here https://youtu.be/9GnjSTyTpNw?si=jIgQL3TYBN68-GF6

Hi everyone, I stumbled across shift via a YouTube ms video. Thanks so much for this wonderful tool. I live in Italy, have done since 2007. I'm 54, a bit wobbly, diagnosed in 2000 in the UK. I teach music in Rome a few hours a week, use a stick or walker depending on my wobbliness that day 😂. I follow a plant based diet which has helped me a lot. Naturally quite a positive person, so happy to talk to others who may be feeling bit down or scared. Roll on 2025. I have a feeling it's going to be great😉

I’m considering doing some MS content for YouTube/intagram to try and help people with MS both newly diagnosed and us MS veterans. I’m thinking of covering all kinds of topics but just wondering if anybody could give me any pointers on what to cover or what you would like covered. I’m 48, husband and father of 3. I’ve progressed through rrms on to spms and been through the whole losing mobility process and ultimately I use a wheelchair pretty much full time. I have other symptoms, I’ve tried various diets, supplements, taopatch, orthotics and most other things that I think may help or improve my quality of life. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Cheers, Mike
