Great video Beccy! Very informative & like how diet is talked about ..... This is my aim now - to try and raise awareness of how important diet is and foods to try and avoid/cut down.... Kinda really bugs me how when at MS meetings they offer you gluten and dairy filled snacks... Anyway you explained it well :) xxx
