Anyone prescribed cannabis-based medicine to cope with their MS?

Has anyone been prescribed any form of🌱 cannabis-based medicine by their healthcare professionals to help cope with and improve quality of life with MS?
I am desperate to get access to help predominantly with sleep troubles and neuropathic pain.
Personally, I have had no success...
