Newly diagnosed and would love to know your exercise regime

Hello, I’d love to hear from fellow gym bunnies and how you modify your workout and how many times a week you train? I’m 53 newly diagnosed RRMS and have lost so much of my hard earned muscle and want to get it back and drop some body fat. TIA
