MS Hug

How often are people getting the "MS hug"? I seem to get one with varying severity about once a week.

MS hug!? More like MS death grip of hell!

Newly diagnosed & experienced my first “MS hug” a week ago - that was fun! Any advice on what to do when I get it again? And does it always include nausea?

Has anyone had a MS Hug? I had one Sat. & It was so scary. I was in a child's pose till my husband came to help me lay down.I saw my chiropractor yesterday and he looked at me like I had 2 heard. So I was guessing that it was abnormal. So I asked Google and that was exactly what I had. Called Neurologist today and waiting for next step. It was such a scary feeling.

Question about MS Hug

For the last few years I've had a lot of back pain. I equated the pain to lower muscle strength and weight gain in my abdomen (only place it shows :/), and the exercise I had started helped a little. But over the last 3 months, with a move of homes and unable to continue my exercises because we pac...
