What’s considered a MS hug? My chest feels like someone is sitting on it. My neck, shoulders, upper back and neck feel like they are on fire.

Hi guys quick question because I haven’t suffered with it yet I believe yesterday and still today I was hit with the ms hug my symptoms I had shortness of breath and couldn’t to breathe properly and obviously anxiety and panic 😱

Any advice on how to handle these things?
