Anyone getting the MS hug?

I’ve heard folk talk about this and am not 100% sure what it is. I have a continuous tightness around my waist, its only relived by lying down. Is this the MS hug?

I’m gonna say yes. Because I feel it from the waist down to the point it’s very intolerable and feel like I’m gonna fall. But I consider it a hug.

I hate that shit. Mine is more around my ribs but that sounds about right. It's a persistent tightness that almost feels like it's crushing me a little bit. I have not yet found a solution to this so if you hear or see something else about it, feel free to holler.
