Question about MS Hug

For the last few years I've had a lot of back pain. I equated the pain to lower muscle strength and weight gain in my abdomen (only place it shows :/), and the exercise I had started helped a little. But over the last 3 months, with a move of homes and unable to continue my exercises because we packed away my elliptical machine, I've been experiencing a lot of back pain (that radiates a little to the chest, but not so 'badly'). I have yet to join a gym, but I intend to. My mind equated this pain to being out of shape again, but I usually have trouble finding a comfortable sleep position, with my back causing the most discomfort. Lack of sleep is where it bothers me the most. I have a really good massage chair pad, but I find that helps only temporarily, like I need a full on back crack to get the feeling to stop, which I can't get on the regular (my dad is good at cracking backs in a hug/reverse hug position). So, here I am at ~6am est, reading up on MS Hug because I've never really understood what it meant/felt like. Is this what I am experiencing? Are there ways to make it go away, naturally or through some sort of medicine? How can I differentiate normal back pain to MS Hug? I would think the MS Hug would 'feel' like utter exhaustion right through to the front of my lower chest, which I am feeling right now. But I'm also running on 5-6 hours of broken sleep.
@Laure

You can go to emergency and ask for ms specialist on duty and explain your situation, if your pain is too much.

@Happy_Wanderer

I used to get so much pain in my back until I started going to the gym. I listen to my body and do only as much as I can manage (from stretching to weights) but it has changed so much. I also have regular massages which really help
