The heatwave is ending at last. A drop of 9 degrees C here and wow what a difference it makes. So much more awake and able to get up and actually do something....until the tizanidine starts wearing off anyway. It's still so shocking how much difference the ambient temperatures make now. I used to ...

I’m feeling down as my legs are heavier and I just now want to sit and do nothing as my legs are heavy and I get the MS hug at the first sign of tiredness. Also, I’ve been told I’ve now got secondary progressive MS and am going through tests to see if I can take Mayzent ( simonipod). Any one else ta...

Intimacy issues

So my husband and I had another talk about how I don’t go to him to cuddle or show intimacy. He knows how hard it is at the end of the day. His sleeping schedule is need at 3am and wake up at 1pm, so it’s hard for me. He told me I had to sleep on the couch until it improves. I know I have issues wit...
