Octave blood test

Soooo.... Did octave test and I knew I shouldn't have because it's just another psychological burden. I ve been fine for the past 10 plus years but with the test score 5 doc wants to talk change of meds. I don't by till I retest. Has someone here faced the same situation? My meds are not too aggressive and have kept me fine for long time. I understand the philosophy of hit Ms hard hit it now but I am also aware of the long term outcome that is same meds or no meds....I know people doing fine just on life style sound choices. I am not someone to post much but if someone needs my advice based on 12 years of that s...t.- be the Capitan and responsible for your own ship.... I hope you would understand the meaning of that. Best of luck to all !

Interesting I’ve never heard of this test? I am also on DMF but wonder if it’s enough? Also, been thinking of switching but afraid of worse side effects. It’s all so tricky.

@FreeV

@messy100 the test measures 18 proteins in the blood that indicate MS related inflammation in the brain and spinal cord. It uses AI algorithms and a score from 1 to 10 The smaller the number the better. Almost never covered by the insurance maria
