Awake

Just wondering if anyone else has struggled to sleep after half dose of Ocrevus? I am wide awake. Could it have been the steroid? Most people report tiredness after Ocrevus 🤷‍♀️. Any thoughts, much appreciated.

Asleep more than I'm awake.

The change of season has sent my MS a bit nuts and I find myself either awake (but not really with it) for just a few hours a day or I'll hardly sleep at all and still end up not being really with it. I'm pretty sure it's not a depression thing as I'm feeling pretty fine at the moment and there are...

Today is hard

I’m struggling. I was diagnosed 3 months ago and on Tysabri. I now have a cold and it’s wiped me out. It 4am, I’m exhausted and awake. I feel like I’m over-reacting to a common cold but it’s hit me hard. I’m due to have my injection next week and I’m worried they won’t give it to me. What do I do? T...

First Half Dose Ocrevus Side Effects

Hey everyone, had my first half dose #Ocrevus 3 days ago and I had some reactions during. Scratchy throat and widening throat (weirdly 😂), sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose. Nothing that wasn’t fixed by an extra dose of antihistamines. Thing is, I’m absolutely exhausted. Head feels really thick and...

Sleep Enigma - Help

I generally sleep for 8 hours, no more no less. I started tossing and turning more since my episode in April. I have also found that no matter what I feel like I could sleep all day. But last night I slept for 16 hours with my usual tossing and tuning due to pain. I sit here after only being awake a...

Restless

I wish I could just sleep through the night without taking something like zzzquil. When I was working out it was better but after my carwreck I can't hit the gym like before to burn off energy. Then I struggle through the day only to be wide awake in the middle of the night. What helps you?
