Hot flashes on the head.i don’t know if this is the right word for it.
Does anyone feel hot flashes on the head? Maybe while eating or immediately after you wake up from sleep.

That may be due to low blood sugar in the morning. Another more probable answer might be, when you stand up from sleeping blood rushes away from your head to attend to action in all these muscles and systems. Drop in blood pressure causes lightheaded, dizziness, pale face and produce sweating in the head and face. That said...when we eat our brain sends more blood to the digestive system to begin mastication of the food. Your sitting at 45° at knees and hips means limited blood to brain. You stand up what lesser amount of that was in the head now pours into the body and boom it's showtime.
I know that feeling is call MS electric shocks😵💫😵💫 Take care
