Accessible britain handbook

Just stumbled across a link to this on another site and thought it was worth a share here... it's a handbook/guide to accessible days out around Britain. Not had chance to look at it in any detail but might be useful... http://www.accessibleguide.co.uk/downloads/Accessible_Britain_Book.pdf

Fully Accessible outdoor activities - Calvert Trust

I meet so many people saying "I wish I'd found this place 10 years ago" or "when I was younger". I don't have MS but work with many people who do and after visiting conferences about "cures for MS" and "treatment", I thought what about quality, enjoyable experiences while they look for cures?

Don't get me wrong, my treatment on infusion days is good and nothing awfu...

Home adaptations

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? My mobility has declined massively and I'm now having regular falls. I am using my wheelchair at home where possible. We live in a 4 bedroom semi detached house. It has a downstairs toilet and shower so I'm sorted there. However, climbing the stairs has become ver...
