Good evening everybody so my symptoms are still here. I have recently started doing turmeric and a super B supplement for my nerve damage and it seems to be helping my normal pain level is four but with turmeric and the super B supplement along with my normal prescriptions from the doctor Dropped my normal pain level to a number two on the pain scale my flareups are still severe, but they happen less often, and this is coming from a person that apothecary was a bunch of bow honky but I decided to give apothecary a shot got the 250 apothecary book and noticed there were certain things in there that would help MS symptoms so I have been researching it more and more. I know everything that has happened cannot be reversed, but I have found a way to not notice it as much, and my pain level has dropped when I overexert myself the recovery time for my body is a little quicker. I have been researching a book. My grandmother wrote about the plants in herbs that grew in Vermont and I have taking it further by researching the apothecary book and the plants and native treatments and now I am starting to believe that the apothecary ways and the Native American herbalist books are not a bunch of croc some of the stuff in there actually works, but I still suggest listening to your doctors as well because I am still taking my normal prescriptions, but I am also finding the herbs and seasonings or plants that will help my prescriptions work better. I am almost completely off my pain medication. The brain fog is still there but at least when I am cooking, I can still remember what I am doing, but I can definitely tell if I miss a day with my routine. I just thought I had to share thatthe apothecary book and the Amish ways book actually have stuff that can help us and they are not a bunch of croc.

Still here

Hi everyone, I've been away from the website for a long while now. I think I'm going through a depressive phase. I don't know what had brought it along, but I'm just really reclusive now and find it difficult to manage too much mental information. What do u think it might be, or is this just normal...

Yesterday my Garmin basically said RELEASE THE HOUNDS 🐺

So I did. PBs broken. Weights shifted. Felt like Superman. 43 years old, 90 months into MS and absolutely flying. 💪 Fast forward to this morning… Sleep: 4 hours 24 minutes Body Battery: 45 Children: Awake Whose turn is it to get up? Mine. 😂 And just like that, Superman has been recalled by managem...

90 Months With MS: I Think the Wins Deserve Some Airtime 💪

Sorry if this offends anyone, because I know MS hits us all very differently, but I think the wins deserve some airtime too. I went to the gym today after linking my Garmin data to ChatGPT and building my training around what my body was actually showing. Today it basically said: RELEASE THE HOUN...

Didn't know if I wanted to admit this

So this week I went for my pip assessment and I sat there explaining how I feel and how everyday can be so hard and then it sunk in I have Ms. I'm very strong minded and kept putting on a brave face and just carrying on even with all the struggles I face, I walk looking like I have had 50 pints and ...

THE ANNUAL MS NEUROLOGY APPOINTMENT 🧠🔨

Once a year I’m summoned to Neurology so a highly qualified person can check whether my central nervous system is still legally allowed on public roads. The appointment letter alone is terrifying. NEUROLOGY DEPARTMENT Nothing cheerful has ever followed those words. You never see: NEUROLOGY DEPA...
