Good evening everybody so my symptoms are still here. I have recently started doing turmeric and a super B supplement for my nerve damage and it seems to be helping my normal pain level is four but with turmeric and the super B supplement along with my normal prescriptions from the doctor Dropped my normal pain level to a number two on the pain scale my flareups are still severe, but they happen less often, and this is coming from a person that apothecary was a bunch of bow honky but I decided to give apothecary a shot got the 250 apothecary book and noticed there were certain things in there that would help MS symptoms so I have been researching it more and more. I know everything that has happened cannot be reversed, but I have found a way to not notice it as much, and my pain level has dropped when I overexert myself the recovery time for my body is a little quicker. I have been researching a book. My grandmother wrote about the plants in herbs that grew in Vermont and I have taking it further by researching the apothecary book and the plants and native treatments and now I am starting to believe that the apothecary ways and the Native American herbalist books are not a bunch of croc some of the stuff in there actually works, but I still suggest listening to your doctors as well because I am still taking my normal prescriptions, but I am also finding the herbs and seasonings or plants that will help my prescriptions work better. I am almost completely off my pain medication. The brain fog is still there but at least when I am cooking, I can still remember what I am doing, but I can definitely tell if I miss a day with my routine. I just thought I had to share thatthe apothecary book and the Amish ways book actually have stuff that can help us and they are not a bunch of croc.
