Didn't know if I wanted to admit this
So this week I went for my pip assessment and I sat there explaining how I feel and how everyday can be so hard and then it sunk in I have Ms. I'm very strong minded and kept putting on a brave face and just carrying on even with all the struggles I face, I walk looking like I have had 50 pints and have a constant tremor in my right hand and realized this is the new me and I have to accept this. Life can be very hard some days but then I have to be happy that I'm still here and my 13 year old boy keeps me smiling especially when he trys to help too. I have to remove the brave face and accept this is me x

One of my neurologists ran the cold metal down my calves, and I could feel nothing, tears 😭 started flowing down my cheeks, uncontrollably. I had had MS for decades, by that point, but it hit so hard, so deep, right in that moment. There are many depths to truly understanding how this disease affects us. Truly helps to talk through it.
