Hello! Fellow Pennsylvania native here, I worked and lived near Gettysburg for about 10 years. Have you spoke with your doctor about what kind of pain you’re having? It sounds like a combination of bone, and nerve pain. And that might require a mixture of things to alleviate/correct. I found some success during the beginning phases of my diagnosis with steroids, and muscle relaxers. Also, cannabis helps a lot with pain symptoms, and spasticity for me. I’m not sure what your personal convictions are with using cannabis, but it is worth a shot if it doesn’t conflict with your own ideals. Just a thought :-)

I’m sorry you had to join the MS club. I live in northeast Ohio so I feel your pain on this weather. I like to joke that I’m now like an old lady and say things like “it’s going to rain I can feel it in my bones”
