Hi everyone!
I had a relapse recently that caused Nystagmus in my eyes, if any one had this before I would appreciate if you can share tips on how to cope with it ππ»

Hey! I started getting that back in November 2024, it would happen often. When I get up quickly, when I accelerate in my car, when I switch directions lol itβs honestly so freaking annoying, now it just happens randomly a couple times a day for a couple of seconds. Itβs definitely improved, but it blows
Thanks a lot @MatiasDelgado for sharing ππ» glad to hear it is improved with you, this is the first time tbh that I didn't recover well after the steroieds so it freaked me out a bit is it going be like this forever π€
