Insomnia

I’m new here. My brain doesn’t shut down. I can take all the meds to sleep. Still can’t sleep. I was diagnosed in 2021. Was dealing with Post Concussion Syndrome after a TBI in 2017. Retired now at 46.

Today I was at the doctor, complained of insomnia. The doctor refused to give me a prescription for sleeping pills. She prescribed Melatonin. And She said that soon my body would get tired, and I myself would fall asleep. Hope this happens soon

Insomnia

I inject Avonex once a week and I used to do it before bedtime and the only side effect I suffered was insomnia so I changed to injecting in the morning and now go to sleep as normal.

I think it might be the steroids? My kitchen and bathroom are currently getting replaced and the men arrived at 8am so I...
