I take 500mg of magnesium Glycinate nightly and rub topical magnesium oil on my legs, has helped me. Also, Lemongrass essential oil.. Make sure turn off all tv, social media an hour before bedtime.
does your issue pre date you starting kesimpta? as a few individuals on here who take kesimpta have the same problem either way hope it resolves soon and you get some rest 🤞💪🍀
