Insomnia?
Does anyone else experience insomnia, trouble sleeping, falling asleep or staying asleep?
I don’t get a lot of sleep but to me it’s quality over quantity kinda situation.

I used Ashwagandha in the past and it helped me for insomnia and anxiety.so you can try and see if it will work for you.
No tv/ social media an hour before you retire for the evening. I take 500mg of Magnesium daily at night. Melatonin is an option as well.
