Does anyone else experience insomnia, trouble sleeping, falling asleep or staying asleep? I don’t get a lot of sleep but to me it’s quality over quantity kinda situation. Losing both lol

Sleeping is unreal always stuck in my head. I go days without sleeping… this sucks. Only plus side get to see the sunrise.

Argh! I feel like Ive forgotten how to fall asleep. So it's currently 2.47am in the UK, I need to be up for work at around 7 and I can't sleep, again. I've been trying to go to sleep for the past hr and just can't seem to switch of! My feet feel as though they're in ice and I've got thermal socks on and electric blanket but still feeling really cold. 😫
