Insomnia

Has anyone experienced Insomnia and nightmares. I'm waking up wide awake every half an hour after a bad dream. Any suggestions on what to take non melatonin or ashwagandha. I had my first Ocrevus infusion yesterday and feel amazing today. Just this sleep thing.
