Argh! I feel like Ive forgotten how to fall asleep. So it's currently 2.47am in the UK, I need to be up for work at around 7 and I can't sleep, again. This has been going on for at least the past month, I don't sleep much before 2am, I try to get up early often fail miserably and end up being late ...

Since I was diagnosed (November 2011) I usually have insomnia at least once a week... and It isnt always in the same day, so really I dont know why this happens. I had insomnia two days straight before I went to the hospital, when I had a relampse (nausea and dizzyness) and it was horrible, because ...

I inject Avonex once a week and I used to do it before bedtime and the only side effect I suffered was insomnia so I changed to injecting in the morning and now go to sleep as normal.

Insomnia almost every night until 3 a.m. Anyone else? What do you do?

I have insomnia every night until 3 a.m. Tried slipping pills rom Dr., but they make me feel foggy the next day. Any advice?
