However, the only thing that's been keeping me somewhat sane during the past two years are my three cats. Does anyone know for how long I'd have to isol...

What’s going on?

wow and here I thought having an MS “buddy” meant you’d have someone to actually talk to…like speak…like FaceTime or something in the least. Sorry but I am not a tech or techy person. I like realness and reality… typing back and forth is just like so fake to me. HOW do I find people in my area with ...

Deep question: Does My Cat Know??

Ok cat conspiracy theory here 😂 So I’ve had a tingle in my leg for years and didn’t know I had MS so just tried to ignore it. But my cat always sleeps on it at night which helps me feel it less and fall asleep too. So my question is: 1. Have I subconsciously trained him to do this without realis...

Hi

I was diagnosed in 2005. 5 month after my second child. The attack started 3 month after giving birth. That also happened after my first pregnancy, they just did’nt find the reason. I have RRMS. Been on most medication. I loved Tysabri, but JCV stopped that ‘love affair’…. :( Then I got Lemtrada. I...

Animals and MS Treatment

So, I haven’t been officially diagnosed with MS, though my doctor suspects it. We have ruled out most everything else, and I have an MRI next week.. But something that’s been worrying me is the treatment options as many of them play a role in decreasing immune response. I have many pets of my own...

Holiday/relapse dilemma

Hi everyone I've had RRMS for close to 10 years now and have quite a few daily symptoms from all the relapses. But generally, I'm doing well enough and live alone with my three gorgeous cats. Since last week I have a possible new relapse which makes me extremely tired and it's difficult to walk. At...

We talk about MRI scans and generally think they're not that bad...

In the latest Multiple Shenanigans we discuss MRI scans. I've had quite a few and think they're not that bad (I had imagined they'd be really scary). The only thing is, I always get an itchy nose! Anyone know how to deal with this? We also talk about gong stands, purple jumpers and painting with ...

I am 55 yrs old, and have had a ‘interesting’ life… I am a practicing nurse, but also have a very creative streak…in my previous career I had a stained glass studio working on architectural stained glass.
