What I do with brain fog

If I'm having a "wobbly" day where my brain doesn't co-operate and neither does my leg, I do competitions, quizzes, I read a lot and do crafts, and I've found that forcing myself to do these things whilst I'm sitting down and safe, I find that I get a lot done with very little effort and it makes the brain fog easier to cope with. Works for me!!

Im exactly the same and feel doing my diamond art keeps my dexterity going and my puzzle books keeps my mind busy rather than focusing on the if onlys, what ifs etc x
