I’m a medical cannabis patient so use herb to sleep and I microdose for leg spasms. I also find it helps my bladder but that’s not backed by medical evidence. I vape it just before bed and find it hugely helpful as I have massive levels of discomfort in my body at bed time, even if I do stretches or yoga. While the physiological effects of cannabis are a bit more uniform, the psychoactive effects are way more subjective so some people find it helps with anxiety, others find it induces it. To reduce the chances of that you could start of with a tiny amount and increase over time if it agrees. I micro dose oil and it really helps with fatigue and anxiety.
