Anxiety and sadness

It’s easy to ignore your MS and I’m used to pretending I’m “normal”. Sometimes though I’ll think about it and it does hurt and make me sad and scared. The past 5 years my symptoms have progressed and it’s a lot harder to do things other people get to do. I’m usually not too discouraged but I am a little scared.

You are not alone! You are going through grief. As we all are here :( trauma bonding is necessary with this condition 🙃. I gotchu. I am scared as well. Let’s be scared together! (In the best way possible) 💕

MS is such a hard diagnosis to deal with. There is the talk about grief. Going through the different phases. The funny thing with MS is that grief happens over and over. Symptoms or physical ability become different/change. Each time that happens, a new phase of grief occurs. Dr. Boster also has a discussion on YouTube, which states that depression is one of the most undiagnosed processes, or symptoms of MS. Fear lives with each of us, I would be ecstatic, if I was alone in this aspect, and didn’t share it with anyone, but Alas, that isn’t the case 😞.
